All platoon shirts and customized products sales are final. We will not accept cancellations, returns, or size exchanges on any platoon orders. Please understand that platoon shirts are custom made and cannot be resold after the graduation date. All other items returned will be honored for a refund.

Customers have 45 days to notify us of any issues with your order from the date you receive. Lost packages: Please contact your local Post Office or UPS, depending on how your order was shipped. Please notify us if case is not resolved. email: customerservice@reconwearmoore.com

Recon Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
